How it works

Got, Got, NEED! helps a group of friends complete their FIFA World Cup 2026 album by trading duplicates. One person starts a swap group and shares a private link; everyone records what they have and still need, and the app suggests the best one-for-one swaps. No accounts, no passwords — access is by a private link you keep to yourself.

The text format

You can type or paste your stickers as plain text. One line per team or section:

BRA 4,5,6
SCO 4-7
ENG 1,10,17

Code is the three-letter prefix for a team or section (e.g. BRA for Brazil). Common aliases work too — NZ becomes NZL.
Numbers are within that section: BRA 4 is Brazil sticker 4. Separate them with commas and/or spaces.
Ranges: SCO 4-7 means 4, 5, 6 and 7.
Doublers (spares) use a multiplier: SCO 4x2,5,7x3 means two spare #4, one #5 and three spare #7.

Reading your doublers from a photo

Rather than typing a long list, you can let an AI tool read your spares from a photo — no app scanning required.

Lay your doubler stickers out face down, backs showing, so the small code and number in the corner of each sticker back is visible.
Take a clear, well-lit photo (several stickers per photo is fine).
Give the photo to an AI assistant (Gemini, Claude or ChatGPT) with the prompt below.
Copy the text it returns into your Sync / Update page and apply it as Doublers.

Example prompt

Read the sticker codes from this photo of Panini FIFA World Cup 2026 sticker backs.
Each sticker back shows a section code and a number in a corner (e.g. "BRA 4").
Output ONLY plain text in this format, one section per line: CODE n,n,n
Use a multiplier xN when the same sticker appears more than once (a doubler), e.g. SCO 4x2,7.
Use only the valid three-letter codes and their number ranges listed here:

Do not include any commentary — just the lines.

Because the codes and format live at a stable URL, the AI can look them up and keep to valid codes. This keeps the app simple — no built-in photo scanning to get wrong.
